Open Requests for Proposals

The Village of Winthrop Harbor invites qualified firms, contractors, and consultants to respond to current Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) issued by the Village. Open solicitations, along with submission requirements, deadlines, and contact information, are posted below as they become available.

The Village is committed to a fair, transparent, and competitive procurement process that delivers the best value to our residents. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions outlined in each solicitation document. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.

Questions regarding any open solicitation should be directed to info@winthropharbor.com. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Winthrop Harbor.
